What else you need
- Title. Motorhomes, and in most states travel trailers and fifth wheels, are titled. The signed title is what transfers ownership; this bill of sale records the deal.
- Odometer. A motorhome is a motor vehicle, so federal odometer disclosure applies to model year 2011 and newer for 20 years.
- Appliances and extras. List anything included (generator, awning, hitch) in the space for notes on the printed copy.
